We believe in establishing a consistent, reliable schedule that still remains flexible to the lives of our employees. As a retail business, we do ask that staff be available to work at least one weekend day. Full time and part time scheduling available.

Our busiest months are March-June, and these are the months where we need the most staff support. For this reason, most of our entry-level positions start seasonally in January or February and end in June or July. With this in mind, starting out seasonally can be a great step towards year-round employment at Sky. We also welcome employees who want to return seasonally year after year, and those who want to join us for just one season of work.

Sky Nursery has an active Minor Work Permit, so we are able to accept applications from those 16 years or older at time of hiring. Working at Sky can be a great spring/summer job or supplement to school!

We ask that employees remain in the department they were hired in for three months, but after that, we encourage cross-training, or trying a different department if they desire.
