Water Plants
Water plants can be found at Sky in the late spring and into the summer! We carry water lilies, lettuce, lotus and hyacinth, as well as a unique variety of marginal plants, from native Iris tenax, to elephant ear, canna lilies and more.

QUESTIONS
A pump is included in the price of every self-contained fountain we sell. The only water features that don't include a pump are basalt columns and individual jar fountains. You'll need to purchase a basin and pump separately for those.
All of the fountains sold at Sky are self contained and do not need plumbing. Simply fill the fountain basin from a hose or watering can, plug in and enjoy! Be sure to check the water level periodically, and refill as needed. If you choose, you can install float valves and add plumbing for larger fountains after purchasing them.
We display all available fountains on the floor, and we keep them running so that you can see and hear them at their best. Although a pump might be running for a short time while the fountain is on display, pumps should last up to ten years with proper maintenance. If a pump stops working within three years of your purchase, we can order you a replacement at no charge.
Fountain design typically makes a bigger difference than pump size. If you're looking for a louder fountain, look for designs with longer drops and more texture variation. It's often possible to bump up the pump size on a fountain, but you'll need to make sure the pump housing is big enough. Larger pumps also create a bigger splash, so make sure your basin is large enough.
We can special order all cast-stone products, including fountains. Depending on the supplier, it may take anywhere from two weeks to six months for the order to arrive. In addition to the models we have in stock, we can special order the same styles in different colors, or individual parts of multi-part pieces, such as just the basin for a fountain.
